We are a small, independent business in Gateshead that set out to bring one of golf's most enjoyable inventions to British courses and golfers. After several rewarding years, we are now closing down — and clearing our remaining stock at sale prices.

Who we are
GolfBoard Guys is Malcolm and Peter — two golfers who saw the GolfBoard, tried it, and could not stop grinning. We were taken on as authorised distributors and have spent years since demonstrating, supplying and servicing the boards, dealing with every customer ourselves. No middlemen, no scripts, just two people who know the product inside out and answer the phone personally.
We work from 18 Southend Road in Gateshead, on the south side of the Tyne, and we have supplied customers right across the United Kingdom from here. That hands-on, local approach is something we have always been proud of, and it carries through to the closing-down sale: when you ring, you still get one of us.
Why we are closing down
Every business has its season, and ours has run its course. Rather than let the remaining stock sit in the unit, we have decided to wind things down properly and pass the boards on to people who will get real use and enjoyment from them. It is a straightforward decision made for the right reasons, and it means there are genuine bargains to be had on equipment that was, until recently, firmly in the premium bracket.
We want to be honest about what that means for buyers. Stock is finite and sold first come, first served. We are not ordering more in, so once a particular board or accessory has gone, that is the end of it. If you have been thinking about a GolfBoard, this is very much the moment to act rather than wait.
What you can still count on
Closing down does not mean cutting corners. Everything we sell during the sale is described honestly, and we are happy to talk through condition, suitability and delivery before you commit a penny. We would far rather you bought the right board for your needs than the most expensive one in the unit. If something is not suitable, we will tell you.
We can arrange delivery anywhere in the UK and will explain charging, running and basic upkeep so you are confident from day one. The boards are designed to be low-maintenance, with a sealed, maintenance-free lithium battery and a modular build that keeps any future part replacement simple and affordable.
How we have always worked
From the start we kept things deliberately simple. We bought the boards we believed in, learned them properly, and sold them face to face rather than hiding behind a website and a contact form. If someone rang with a question we could not answer on the spot, we found out and rang back. That is not a sales technique; it is just how two golfers from Gateshead thought a business ought to be run, and it served us well for years.
Being independent meant we could be honest in a way larger outfits sometimes cannot. We never tried to talk a member into a fleet they did not need, or a casual player into the most expensive board in the unit. We would far rather someone bought once, happily, and told their friends than felt pushed. A surprising amount of our business came exactly that way — by word of mouth, from people who had ridden a friend's board and wanted one of their own.
That same straightforwardness shapes the closing-down sale. We are not dressing it up or inventing urgency that is not real. The stock is what it is, the prices are genuinely reduced, and when a board sells it is gone for good.
